Buzzoole, a Naples, Italy-based influencer marketing platform, raised $830k in funding.
The round was led by Impulse VC with participation from R301 Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in Russia, France, Spain and India, add new features and invest in technology.
Led by Fabrizio Perrone, CEO, Buzzoole is a self-service Influencer Marketing Platform that automates the entire process of identifying, connecting, engaging, delivering and measuring valuable influencer marketing campaigns.
Buzzoole allows influencers to connect social accounts, optimize their online presence, discover what topics they are influential in and be rewarded. An algorithm enables them to optimize their digital activity and get in touch with companies to test products, be rewarded with special offers and be invited to events.
The platform also allows both large industries as well as small businesses to identify the influencers in their target markets and to generate word of mouth marketing about products and services identified through trendsetters, reimbursing them with dedicated offers e.g. discounts, testing products, exclusive invites or Buzzoole credits that are convertible into gift cards.
The company, which has already partnered with over 350 brands including Unilever, Mastercard, Ferrero, Toyota, Ford, Red Bull, Samsung, Danone, and Nestlè, also has offices in Rome, Milan and London.
