Bringhub Receives Strategic Investment from Integrated Asset Management (Asia) Limited

bringhubBringhub, a Los Angeles, CA-based contextual commerce platform, received a strategic investment from Forbes Media’s majority shareholder, Integrated Asset Management (Asia) Limited (IAM).

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company will use the proceeds from the investment to accelerate product development.

Led by Dominik Pantelides, CEO and Co-founder, Bringhub provides a contextual commerce platform that allows content providers and marketers to integrate e-commerce seamlessly through turnkey products and gain deep marketing insights into user engagement and purchases. On one hand, digital publishers can open new channels of revenue by monetizing their editorial content. On the other hand, retailers can promote their products within contextually relevant editorial content at scale.
It currently powers the e-commerce on NBC’s TODAY, InStyle, StyleCaster, AOL, Saveur, Motorcycle Cruiser, Field & Stream, and others.
Bringhub has partnered with over 100 publishers reaching over 300 million monthly unique visitors and supports over 500 major retailers, giving its partners access to more than 300 million products.
