RSK Group plc, a Cheshire, UK-based global environmental, health, safety and engineering services company, raised £10m in funding.
Business Growth Fund (BGF) made the investment. In conjunction with the funding, Ben Barker of BGF joined the RSK board.
The company intends to use the funds to acquire agricultural and environmental consultancy ADAS and expand its long-term growth plans.
