Prevalent, Inc., a Warren, N.J.-based provider of third-party risk assessment, monitoring, and collaboration platform, closed a $60M Series C funding round.
The round was led by Insight Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate continued global expansion and product innovation.
Led by Jonathan Dambrot, CEO, and Norman Menz, CTO, Prevalent provides a third-party risk management and cyber threat intelligence platform for global organizations to manage and monitor security threats and risks associated with third and fourth-party vendors.
Its Prevalent Synapse is being used to support Global 2000 organizations as well as communities of peers in the legal, healthcare, mortgage, asset management, and higher education markets.
