Klever Logic Raises Additional $3M in Funding

KleverLogic_LogoKlever Logic, an Austin, Texas-based parking technology company, raised an additional $3M in funding.

The round was co-led by serial entrepreneurs and angel investors Sam Goodner and Dan Sharplin with participation from current shareholders Austin Ventures, Trellis Partners, G51 Capital, 186k Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the executive, operations, and sales teams, to scale sales and marketing into key verticals, such as Class A office buildings, hospitals, airports, and large event venues, streamline operations, and a brand evolution (to debut soon).

Led by Juan Rodriguez, CEO and co-founder, Klever Logic provides a suite of parking solutions for valet, gated, and mobile payments running in over 800 venues, domestically and internationally.
The company’s products, including Flash Valet, FlashPARCS, FlashMobile, use a cloud-based platform that enables operators to tap into real-time data from a mobile phone, tablet or desktop and control their revenue and parking operations (valet, gated, and mobile payments) from anywhere, while giving guests the ability to use their mobile device to improve their parking experience.

Klever has hired:
– Dan Sharplin as Chairman; founder and former CEO of Site Controls
– Sam Goodner as President; founder and former CEO of Catapult Systems
– Emily Lynch as VP of Marketing; formerly VP of Marketing for Catapult Systems, and
– Wes Vinecombe as VP of Operations; formerly VP of Operations for Site Controls.
