Four Rivers Group Closes Venture Capital Fund, at $87M

frg_logoFour Rivers Group, a San Francisco, CA-based venture capital firm, has closed its latest fund at $87m.

According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 88 investors have participated in the offering of Four Rivers Partners IV, L.P..

Founded in 2007, Four Rivers is an expansion stage venture capital firm that invests in technology companies globally solving real problems and serving large and growing markets. The portfolio includes Instart Logic, Kahuna, Game Fly, Namely, Numerify, Return Path, Thousand Eyes, Vidyo, AgilOne, Tintri, Nexenta, Talari, Desire2Learn, Clutter, Availink, Corrigo (JLL), Satmetrix, etc.
Exited companies include Aerohive (Nasdaq: HIVE), Carbonite (Nasdaq: CARB), Fire Eye (Nasdaq: FEYE), Power Reviews (Nasdaq: BV), New Relic (NYSE: NEWR), Check (acquired by Intuit) and AssureRx Health (acquired by Myriad Genetics).

The team includes Managing Partner Farouk Ladha, and Strategic Limited Partners Aamir Virani, Joe Greenstein, Lew Cirne and Russ Fradin.
