Apvera Raises $1.7M in Funding

apveraApvera, a Singapore-based threat intelligence company, closed a S$1.7M round of financing.

The round was led by ACP and Spring Seeds Capital with participation from Nest Ventures, muru-D of Singapore, and existing investor Central Exchange. As part of the financing, Mr. Surinder Kathpalia, Director of ACP, will be joining Apvera’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to new develop and scale its threat intelligence platform, and accelerate its go-to-market and sales execution efforts.

Led by Eric Meyer, CEO, Apvera provides a threat intelligence platform that detects, prevents and predicts warning signs associated with potential endpoint behavioral security threats. Through user and entity behaviour analytics, the Apvera Insight 360 profiles malicious and abusive activities and consolidates and prioritizes threats identified applying actionable intelligence so organizations can quickly prevent or mitigate loss. Powered by machine learning, and advanced semantic computing, the platform prioritizes threats, both external and internal, that pose the greatest business risk, enabling organizations to make rapid decisions on where to focus time and resources.
