PlumChoice, Inc., a Lowell, MA-based provider of premium technical services to cloud and Internet of Things (IoT) service providers, IoT manufacturers, cloud solution providers and distributors, raised a new funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by M/C Partners and Edison Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand adoption in the Cloud and IoT services markets and enhance its technology platform.
Led by new CEO David Shimoni, PlumChoice offers a tech platform that enables cloud and Internet of Things (IoT) service providers, IoT manufacturers, cloud solution providers and distributors to deploy and sell support services. The company works on behalf of major brands to help end users install, configure, integrate, troubleshoot and use brands’ products and software.
Services include presales consultation, installation, onboarding, integration, troubleshooting and ongoing technical support.
