Decision Tech, a London, UK-based market leader in Ofcom accredited price comparison for home communications, acquired sellmymobile.com, a Burntwood, UK-based price comparison site for buying and selling used mobile phones, for an undisclosed sum.

Led by CEO Michael Philips, Decision Tech operates broadbandchoices.co.uk, and provides the technology, data and performance analytics powering telecoms comparison on major brands including Gocompare.com and confused.com.
The acquisition of sellmymobile.com forms part of Decision Tech’s strategy to grow its portfolio of consumer facing brands and develop new products for its partners, The company in 2014 acquired The Right Group, a developer of mobile handset and tariff comparison technology which handles over 250,000 product data points.
Decision Tech generated an EBITDA of £2.2 last year.
