ContentSquare Raises $20M in Venture Capital

ContentSquare_logoContentSquare, a New York and Paris-based experience optimization platform for online and mobile businesses, completed a $20m Series B funding.

Highland Europe made the investment.

The company intends to use the funds for global expansion and hire new talent.

Founded in 2012 by Jonathan Cherki, CEO, ContentSquare provides a platform which leverages artificial intelligence to allow online brands to capture online/mobile behaviors to measure content performance, understand visitor intentions, explain consumer decisions when they do or do not purchase.
The platform, which collects over 1,000 billion user mouse movements, screen touches and interactions to segment visitors based on intention and behavioral patterns, provides its clients with daily tips from an AI-powered bot to make immediate changes to their sites and apps.

The company, which also has a third office in London, serves such customers as Accor, Bernardaud, Best Western, Kering, L’Occitane, L’Oreal, Lacoste, LVMH, Matchesfashion, Modani, TAG Heuer, Unilever, etc., and other include hundreds of global brands.
