Smart Logistcs Startup Milkman Raises €1.05M in Venture Capital

milkmanMilkman, a Milan, Italy-based smart logistcs startup, raised €1.05m in venture capital funding.

Backers included Programma 101 (P101), 360 Capital Partners, and US business angel Mike Brennan.

The company, which had previously raised €255k, intends to use the funds to continue to develop its service.

Created in 2015 by Antonio Perini, co-founder of Cortilia and Viamente (today Workwave Route Manager) and Tommaso Baù, co-founder of Itecs, Milkman is smart logistics startup that allows users to decide the right time to receive e-commerce deliveries. The service, managed via an iOS and Android app, hands over items on demand in a 1 hour time range chosen by the user.
In the first months of activity, the company has already delivered 3,000 packages.
