Italian Men’s Fashion Startup Lanieri Raises €3M

lanieri1Lanieri, a Milan, Italy-based men’s fashion startup, raised €3m in funding.

Reda and other wollen mills from Biella made the strategic investment in Lanieri.

The company, which has now raised 4.5m in total funding to date, intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and grow its offering.

Co-founded by Simone Maggi and Riccardo Schiavotto, Lanieri is a fashion startup dedicated to men by combining technology and tradition. The company allows customers to choose fine Italian fabrics online and create a made-to-measure suits, jackets, trousers, waistcoat, shirts, blazer and coats, totally crafted by Italian hands and delivered charge free directly at home.
To date, more than 8,000 meters of fabrics have been cut, more than 10 million combinations online have been configured, with the above mentioned items delivered to over 35 countries around the world.
