Harris Pye, a Llandow, UK-based marine engineering company, recently raised £2.5m in funding.
Finance Wales made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds expand globally.
Led by Director Mark Prendergast, The Harris Pye Engineering Group maintains and repairs ships, marine facilities, and offshore oil and gas rigs. The company, which has offices and repair facilities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Scandinavia, Brazil, China, Japan and Australia, has an annual turnover of £90m.
