Greenhouse Capital Partners, a Sausalito, CA-based venture capital firm, closed its second fund, at $5.885m.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 18 unamed backers invested in Greenhouse Capital Partners II, LP.
Led by General partners Peter D. Henig and Eric Desai, Greenhouse provides growth equity and operational support to entrepreneurs addressing opportunities in health, wellness and sustainability.
The current portfolio include Neura, groSolar, InsideView, Lifefactory, Linkage Biosciences, Livescribe, and Lumetric Lighting. Prior investments included Aravo, Greenplum, Meevee, MobiTV, ProcessClaims and Solaicx.
The operating team of the firm includes Harry Kubetz, Jen Millard and Michael Schwab.
