Coinigy Raises $400k in Seed Funding

coinigyCoinigy, a Milwaukee, WI-based Bitcoin trading platform, raised $400k in seed funding.

The capital was raised from a single unnamed investor.

The company intends to use the funds to hire developers to continue to develop its platform.

Led by Robert Borden, Coinigy develops and markets big data solutions for the blockchain sector. Its initial product is a digital equity trading and analytics suite for financial institutions and retail traders. The Coinigy Platform combines blockchain technology with live market intelligence on a professional-grade trading interface. Its solution for institutions and individuals allows them to tap into digital asset markets, further offering historical and real-time metrics, order execution and portfolio management, and third party application deployment via an API as a service.
