Baswood Corporation, a Santa Barbara, Calif.-based provider of sustainable wastewater treatment solutions, raised a funding round led by Inherent Group, LLC.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for growth in North America along with continuing expansion within the Asia-Pacific marketplace.
Founded in 2004 and led by Michael Walker, CEO, Baswood delivers technology-based solutions that provide effective BOD (biological oxygen demand) removal, biosolids reduction and water reuse for a wide range of industrial, municipal and commercial applications. The company’s products have been installed in municipal and industrial applications in the U.S., Mexico and Malaysia.
