Housebuilder Campion Homes Receives Multi-Million Pound Investment

campionhomesCampion Homes, a Fife, Scotland-based housebuilder, received a multi-million pound investment.

Business Growth Fund made the investment. BGF’s Patrick Graham joied the board as a non executive director of the company

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its building program in both private residential and affordable homes.

Founded in 1989 by Pete Bell, Campion Homes builds homes for private sale and works with public housing authorities in East Central Scotland for the provision of affordable homes.
To date, the company has built more than 1,500 homes across Fife, the Lothians, Clackmannanshire and Perth & Kinross. It is now selling at three private developments located in Fife at ‘Laurel Bank’ in Springfield, ‘Rosemount’ in Leven and ‘Hawthorn Bank’ in Dunfermline with future plans to build 700 new homes over the next five years at Law View Leven, Cuparmuir and Dairsie.

BGF has backed 18 companies across Scotland including Stevenswood, Duncan & Todd, Keenan Recycling and M Squared Lasers.
