Docent Health, a Boston, MA-based healthcare experience technology and services company, raised $15m in Series A funding.
The round was co-led by Bessemer Venture Partners, New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Maverick Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Led by Paul Roscoe, CEO, Docent Health combines analytics with workflow automation to allow health systems to personalize experience journeys that integrate digital and human interactions while gathering data and measuring results to identify the most impactful events.
