Good Eggs, a San Francisco, CA-based online market that delivers groceries to customers’ homes, raised $15m in vc funding.
Backers included Index Ventures, Obvious Ventures, Uprising, DNS Capital, Collaborative Fund, S2G Ventures, and some angels.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to add grocery essentials to their market and expand operations.
Led by CEO Bentley Hall, Good Eggs is an online market that delivers groceries to customers’ homes. The company’s service, which delivers groceries throughout the Bay Area, seven days a week, curates local, organic produce, sustainable meat and fish. Users can order their groceries on the web site or iOS app, and receive them the day after.
