Workplace Management Software Condeco Raises $30M

CONDECOCondeco, a London, UK-based workplace management technology platform, raised $30m in equity funding.

The round was led by Highland Europe.

The company intends to use the funds to pursue further strategic acquisitions across North America, Europe and APAC, invest in its solutions for the SME market in the US and internationally.

Led by Paul Statham, founder and CEO, Condeco Software provides a workspace utilization and space scheduling platform to major multinational brands such as Barclays, Chevron and GE to optimize their real estate. The company’s workplace scheduling and office utilization software and hardware aim to allow customers to maximize the use of their office space, ensuring high-pressure meetings and flexible work areas run smoothly and providing real-time data on workspace usage for future planning.
To enhance its offering, Condeco recently acquired U.S. unified communications firm myVRM, which enables clients to manage their virtual communication resources as well as their bricks-and-mortar offices.

The company currently employes a global staff of over 250 operates across 12 office locations in the US, EMEA and Asia Pac.
