Outreach, a Seattle, WA-based sales acceleration platform, closed $17.5m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Trinity Ventures with participation from Microsoft Ventures and previous investors (Mayfield, MHS Capital, & Floodgate). In conjunction with the funding, Trinity general partner, Karan Mehandru, joined the Outreach board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to build up the marketing and enterprise sales teams, as well as to continue investing in the product.
Led by Manuel Medina, CEO and co-founder, Outreach provides a platform for business sales communication, featuring enterprise-grade bidirectional CRM integration, safety and security features, activity analytics, and predictive communication intelligence.
The solution is currently used by tens of thousands of sales professionals from companies like Adobe, CenturyLink, Adroll, AppDynamics, and Zillow.
