Product Design Platform InVision Raises $55M

invisionInVision, a New York City-based provider of a product design platform, raised $55m in funding.

The round was led by Iconiq Capital with participation from existing investors Accel Partners and FirstMark Capital.

The company, which has raised $135m in total funding, will use the funds to broaden its product offerings and invest in the platform.

Founded in 2011, InVision offers a product design platform to prototype, review, refine, manage and user test web and mobile products. The company, which drives product design process at Fortune 100 companies, including at Disney, IBM, Walmart, Apple, Verizon and General Motors, currently has a workforce of over 200 employees working in 14 countries around the world, including hubs in New York, San Francisco, London, Austin, Portland, and Boston.
InVision now has more than two million registered users.
