Impact Radius Acquires Advertising Fraud Prevention Platform Forensiq

impact-radius-logoImpact Radius, a Santa Barbara, CA-based provider of digital marketing and affiliate solutions, acquired Forensiq, a New York City-based advertising fraud prevention platform.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Led by David Sendroff, Founder and CEO, Forensiq provides fraud detection solutions to fight online click, conversion, and ad fraud. Founded in 2010 in New York City, the company also has offices in London and Silicon Valley.

The combination of the two technology offerings now aims to create a trusted system for marketers to manage and optimize their digital campaigns.

Led by Per Pettersen, CEO, Impact Radius provides digital brands and agencies with a SaaS marketing platform giving a single view into the consumer journey from ad impression through acquisition — across all devices and channels. The company, which has more than 275 employees across seven offices worldwide, recently announced a $30m round led by Silversmith Capital Partners.
