ResMan, LLC, a Plano, Texas-based provider of cloud-based property management software, secured an amount round of funding.
Utah-based Wasatch Venture Group has purchased a substantial position in ResMan, LLC.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow its installed base and sales in the multi-family housing software space.
Led by Dave McKenna, Executive Vice President, ResMan provides multifamily owners/operators with a property management software solution featuring automation tools to improve operational effectiveness and productivity.
In addition, the company operates the ResMan+ Innovation Network, an open API that actively promotes solutions to meet each customer’s needs.
