InterVision Systems, LLC, a Santa Clara, California-based integrator of technology solutions, received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount.
Backers included Huron Capital Partners, RLG Capital and other individual investors.
The company will use the funds to strengthen its infrastructure and grow the business.
Founded in 1993 and led by Whitney Tomlin, CEO, InterVision Systems provides IT solutions, infrastructure and services for the cloud ecosystem (private, hybrid and public), which enable customers to build and optimize their cloud and IT infrastructure.
The company, which has offices in San Francisco, Calif., El Segundo, Calif., and Bellevue, Wash., offers architecture, integration, configuration, and installation services, maintenance contract renewals, staff augmentation, project management, and managed services.
InterVision’s expertise covers cloud and enterprise IT, including converged infrastructure, storage, networking, big data, security, virtualization, compute, and business applications.
