New Richmond Ventures, a Richmond, VA-based early stage venture capital firm, is seeking to raise a $30m fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, NRV Early Stage Growth Fund LP has not held any close yet.
Led by Jim Ukrop, Bob Mooney, Ted Chandler and Scott Tolleson, listed in the filed document as people related to the offering, the firm invests in the Series A rounds of Virginia-based high growth companies even making follow-on commitments for their future financial needs.
To date, NRV has invested in 14 companies including Moonlighting, PlanG, n1Health, Health Warriors, Envera, MedCPU, WealthForge, Nutriati, Plugless, Hourwise, Lumiary, MAXX Potential, and Rockin’ Baby.
