Reflektive Secures $13M in Series A Funding

reflektiveReflektive, a San Francisco, California-based provider of modern performance management platform, secured $13m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz.

The company, which has raised $17m in total funding, will use the funds to accelerate development of its platform, enhance customer success and hire across all departments.

Launched in 2014 by Rajeev Behera, co-founder and CEO, Reflektive provides a talent development platform, a continuous performance solution that includes real-time feedback, performance check-ins, goal management and easily configured performance reviews.
It is used by more than 150 customers including Ubisoft, CreditKarma, Pinterest, Braintree, Twilio, Flatiron Health, Ultragenyx, Glassdoor, MuleSoft, Quantcast, Thumbtack, Hearsay Social, Doctor on Demand, Quora, AltSchool, SquareTrade, Blue Jeans Network, Digital Ocean, Mixpanel, Instacart, Xamarin and Lyft.
