Properati, a Buenos Aires, Argentina-based online and mobile solution for the real estate market, received $2m in funding.
Backers included Neveq II, NXTP Labs, and Telor International Limited. In conjunction with the funding, Ariel Arrieta, NXTP Labs co-founder and CEO, will join the board of the company.
The company, which has raised $4.2m in funding, will use the capital to expand and consolidate its regional presence in key markets like Mexico and Brazil, and to continue developing its solutions.
Founded in February 2013, Properati.com provides consumers seeking homes, apartments, and condominiums in LatAm market with an online and mobile platform featuring enhanced search capabilities, including price, property, and neighborhood data and information.
Clients only pay for the qualified leads they get instead of paying for publishing or featuring their advertisements, as they used to do in other websites until now.
The platform already has over 1 million properties published in Brazil and almost 2 million in LatAm.
It is also available in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
