Observable Networks Closes $2M Convertible Debt Funding

Observable_NetworksObservable Networks, a St. Louis, MO-based provider of network security technology platform, closes $2m in convertible debt funding.

MK Capital, a venture capital firm that provides multi-stage growth and venture capital to companies in the cloud infrastructure, digital media and software industries, made the investment.

The company intends to use the funds to increase sales and marketing efforts and awareness regarding its Dynamic Endpoint Modeling technology and its cloud-based service.

Led by Bryan Doerr, chief executive officer, Observable Networks provides network security technology and advanced threat detection services that identify compromised and misused networked devices currently escaping detection by network security tools. The company’s endpoint modeling technology includes a cloud-based service platform incorporating automated security analytics and real-time traffic sensors that continuously model all devices on networks of any size.
