MindLink, a London, UK-based provider of secure Chat Enabled Collaboration (CEC) apps, raised US$1m in funding.
Backers included both existing as well as new investors.
The company will use the funds to boost its expansion plans, including sales & marketing activities, improved support of its global customer base, building of the reseller channel and further expansion of its engineering capabilities.
Led by Justin Forrest, CEO, MindLink delivers secure messaging & collaboration apps for global enterprises, including financial services firms, governments, pharmaceuticals and law firms, to enable their employees to stay connected, reduce unnecessary email usage and build a more agile and responsive business. Features include instant messaging, group chat as well as file sharing & archiving, combined with mobility, data security, regulatory compliance and advanced integrations.
The company is a Microsoft Gold partner integrating with Lync & Skype for Business platforms.
