Brightfield Strategies, a NYC-based independent consultancy and data services provider specializing in workforce strategies and analytics, received a strategic investment of undisclosed amount from Gary Nelson.
Gary Nelson is the founder of Nelson Staffing, Workforce Logic and iWorkGlobal.
The investment, made through a private placement, will be used to accelerate the rollout of Brightfield’s data aggregation and analytics platform, the Talent Data Exchange (TDX).
Founded in 2006 and led by co-founder and President Jason Ezratty, Brightfield provides Fortune 100 clients with TDX, a membership-based data service and analytics platform that enables companies to develop, validate and modify their workforce strategies and compare them with their competition. It integrates proprietary, AI-based, natural language processing (NLP) technology that extracts structured data from the text of job descriptions, enabling precision benchmarking (e.g. market-level assessments of hourly rates, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity).
