Italian Design Brands (IDB) acquired Meridiani Srl, a Misinto, MB, Italy-based high end furniture design company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded in 1996 by Renato Crosti, Meridiani operates in the high end furniture sector with a focus on the padded segment, offering a huge range of textiles. Products include storage units, small tables and consoles composed of such precious metals as lacquers, bronzed mirrors, marbles and woods.
Following the deal, Crosti will continue to led Meridiani and will join IDB’s board of directors.
