Feedbackly (formerly known as Tapin Feedback), a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of a tool for improving customer experiences, raised €500k in funding.
The funding came from several sources, including East Wings and Birch Venture that is run by Managing Partner, Mika Heikinheimo.
The company will use the capital to bring the new software to the market this spring, 2016 and accelerate international growth with new opportunities opening up globally, and especially in Sweden, UK and Germany.
Founded in 2012 and led by Jaakko Männistö, CEO, Feedbackly provides a software-as-a-service omnichannel customer experience measurement platform that allows companies to gather in-depth information on what their customers think about them in every step of the journey, and improve sales.
The company is already used by some of Finland’s largest organizations, such as Finavia, Hesburger and Fressi.
