Wondercide, an Austin, Texas-based provider of a line of natural pest control and holistic care products for pets, people, and their property, raised $500K in seed funding.
Lori Greiner invested in the company on ABC’s The Shark Tank for a 3% equity stake in the company and a 50-cent royalty on every unit sold until repaid, at a $16.6m valuation.
The company intends to use the funds to hire a sales leader to establish 600 new independent retail accounts nationwide throughout the next 12 months and open up new independent retail sales avenues.
