San Francisco, CA-based early stage venture capital firm SV Angel is raising $46m for its latest fund.
A regulatory document filed with the SEC lists co-managing partner Christopher Cowan as the person related to the offering of SV Angel VI, L.P.
Founded in 2007 by legendary investor Ron Conway and David Lee (who left in 2015), SV Angel is an angel firm that provides tech startups with funding, business development, mentorship and strategic advice. The firm has invested in hundreds of startups including Airbnb and Pinterest, among others, while recent deals include LendUp and Captain 401.
The team also includes general partners Brian Pokorny, Kevin Carter and Robert Pollak, principal Abram Dawson and associates Mike Liu and Paul La Londe.
