StoneEagle Services Receives $76M Growth Investment from FTV Capital

vpayStoneEagle Services (VPay®), a Richardson, Texas-based B2B payments platform, recently received a $76m growth investment from FTV Capital.

In conjunction with the deal, FTV Capital’s Chris Winship, Richard Garman and Robert Anderson will join the company’s board of directors while Bobby Allen, founder and CEO, will become chairman of the board.

Led by newly appointed CEO Andy Roberts, StoneEagle Services (VPay®) offers a platform that distributes, administers and processes virtual and plastic cards, checks and ACH payments via their end-to-end issuing and processing capabilities.

The company is using the funds to accelerate growth by deepening existing customer relationships, further investing in product, expanding sales and marketing, and enhancing its proprietary technology and processing capabilities.
