Resolute Ventures, a San Francisco, CA-based early-stage venture capital firm, is seeking to raise its third fund.
According to a regulatory filing with the SEC, Resolute III, L.P., has a target of $50m.
The document lists Mike Hirshland and Raanan Bar-Cohen as people rleated to the offering.
Resolute, which is also led by Venture Partner Matt Meeker, is a lead investor for seed-stage companies committing approx. $500k to each operation.
To date, the firm has made nearly 60 tech investment in SaaS, consumer, data, developer tool, ecommerce, enterprise, fintech, hardware, marketplace startups.
