Galavantier, a Las Vegas-based online travel company that curates one-of-a-kind travel experiences, acquired Bucket, a San Francisco-based trip technology company that allows travelers to collect trip recommendations from any source and any device to create their own personalized trip guides.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by CEO Julia Lam, an Ex-Facebooker, Bucket will formally cease operations today while its technology will be integrated into the Galavantier experience.
Led by Marko Greisen, CEO, Galavantier develops technology combined with local expertise to provide travelers with hand-selected travel products and services and nightlife and daylife entertainment venues with booking technology to capture more consumers.
