Atomico Ventures Seeks to Raise $750M Fund

atomicoGlobal venture capital firm Atomico Ventures is seeking to raise a new fund.

According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Atomico IV aims to raise $750m. The document lists Mark Dyne, Nicole Ramroop, Roger Hanson, and Niklas Zennström as people related to the fundraise.

Founded in 2006 by Zennström, a co-founder of Skype, Atomico is an international investment firm, focused on helping disruptive technology companies scale and become global leaders. To date, the firm has made over 50 investments in four continents including Skype, Supercell, Klarna, ZocDoc and The Climate Corporation exiting eleven companies.
Atomico consists of a London-based team focused on the investment activity and a dedicated team of country managers operating from Beijing, Tokyo, Sao Paulo and Istanbul with a huge business-development network. The firm also shares best practices across its portfolio from the London office, covering talent, analysis & operations, KPIs & metrics, marketing and PR.
