Global enterprise application software company SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) acquired Roambi, a San Diego, CA-based mobile-centric analytics and data visualization company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable SAP to leverage Roambi’s suite of solutions and related assets to bring mobile access to analytics to customers.
Co-founded by Quinton Alsbury, CEO, Jaime Zuluaga, President of Customer Success, Claire Remillard, Chief Financial Officer, and David Becerra, Co-Founder/VP Strategy & Business Development, Roambi allows executives, managers and sales reps to view, interact with, and share data anytime, via the online platform and iOS, Android and Windows apps.
The company is backed by Sequoia Capital.
