New Venture Capital Firm Elephant Partners Starts Investing out of $138M Fund

Elephant Partners, a US-based recently formed venture capital firm, has started investing.

Elephant, which is currently investing out of its approx. $138m debut fund, led the $8m round of Series A funding of KnowBe4, a provider of a security awareness training and integrated phishing platform, which has been announced today (read here).

Co-founded in 2015 by Jeremiah Daly and Andy Hunt, both of whom worked for Highland Capital Partners, the firm focuses on investing in software, internet and mobile companies.
Jeremiah Daly also was a Malwarebytes’ board member while Andy Hunt co-founded Warby Parker.

The firm has offices in Boston and New York.
