Ability Network, a Minneapolis-based information technology company, acquired G4 Health Systems, Inc., a Tulsa, OK-based provider of revenue cycle management services and health data analytics.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Led by John Carter, founder and CEO, G4 provides revenue cycle management (RCM) services and health data analytics to small and mid-sized hospitals, physician offices, and post-acute providers, as well as API-based RCM tools that can serve Ability’s strategic partner customers (EMR vendors, software companies, and payers, among others).
Following the close of the acquisition, Carter and all other G4 employees have joined the Ability team.
Led by Mark A. Pulido, Chairman and CEO, Ability Network provides applications and data analytics solutions for providers and payers to simplify the administrative and clinical complexities of healthcare.
The company also has offices in Boston and Tampa.
