WaterBridge Resources, LLC, a Houston, Texas-based newly formed midstream development company, received an equity commitment of up to $200m.
Five Point Capital Partners‘ Five Point Capital Midstream Fund II L.P. and its affiliates made the investment.
Led by its Stephen Johnson, Chief Executive Officer, and Andrew (Andy) Stephens, Chief Financial Officer, WaterBridge is focused on developing, acquiring and operating flowback and produced water infrastructure for oil and gas producers, including gathering, pipeline infrastructure, separation, and disposal infrastructure solutions throughout North America.
Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Five Point Capital Partners is a private equity firm focused on midstream energy infrastructure and energy sector investments across North America.
The firm, which is currently investing from Five Point Capital Midstream Fund II L.P., manages more than $450m of capital commitments.
