ScribbleLive, a Toronto, Canada-based content marketing platform, acquired Visually, a San Francisco, CA-based platform to create infographics, videos, and ebooks for marketing campaigns.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow both ScribbleLive and Visually’s customers to access to an increased offering. Following the deal, while the integration of the two platforms has been taking place, Visually’s customers will contineu to rely on the existing tools. Moving forward, they’ll access to new data and tools.

ScribbleLive provides a SaaS-based platform for businesses that combines predictive analytics with content planning, creation, and distribution technologies to deliver optimized business results. It is used by large global brands such as Red Bull, Bayer, Ferrari, CNN, Sky News and Yahoo!.
