imVision, a Ramat Gan, Israel-based NFV/SDN cyber security vendor, completed a $4M Series A funding round.
Backers included Chinese CE Ventures, Pitango Venture Capital and other investors. In addition to the funding, Mr. Ron Shvili, CTO of Cellcom Israel – the largest Israeli mobile service provider, has joined the company’s Advisory board.
The company intends to use the funding to strengthen its Correlative Behavioral Analysis (C-BA) system and to develop the business with worldwide networking providers.
Founded by Sharon Mantin, Yossi Barshishat, and Dr. Eli Plotnik, imVision is a cyber security startup company that operates in NFV/SDN environments and is a market leader for anomaly detection and isolation solutions based on unique Correlative Behavioral Analysis (C-BA) algorithms that specialize in service awareness across the entire network.
