Expo Logic, a Pennsylvania-based event registration and lead retrieval solutions provider, acquired Epic, a Charlotte, NC-based registration and lead retrieval provider for associations.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Expo Logic is now one of the largest registration solutions providers serving the nonprofit, association and membership sectors. This acquisition also expands the company in terms of its client base, staff, service capabilities, and technology tailored solutions.
Founded in 1980 and led by Jeff Cooper, CEO, Expo Logic provides a myriad of services including Event Registration, Integrations, lead retrieval and more for more than 250 annual events worldwide.
Led by Alan Johnston, now former Owner, Epic is a full-service provider of registration solutions to show organizers handling events from a few thousand to over 150,000 attendees.
