Evok Innovations, a partnership between the BC Cleantech CEO Alliance and two Canadian energy companies, Cenovus Energy and Suncor Energy, has launched a $100m cleantech fund.
Cenovus and Suncor have each committed up to $50m over the next 10 years to the fund, which aims to accelerate the development and commercialization of impactful energy solutions to address the most pressing environmental and economic challenges facing the oil and gas sector today.
It also provides value added mentoring and leverages experiences to the benefit of backed companies.
