CIS Global, a Tucson, AZ-based manufacturer of linear motion products and electro-mechanically integrated solutions for a wide variety of applications in computer data center and consumer appliance industries, completed its acquisition of Enlogic Systems, a St. Louis, MO-based provider of data center solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Originally founded in 2011 by Mike Jansma, Enlogic provides intelligent power and environmental management solutions for the data center and IT environments. The acquisition will allow CIS to strengthen its position as a provider of data center power and environmental management solutions.
Led by Gerald Birin, CEO, CIS will integrate the Enlogic operations in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia under the CIS Global operation. CIS will continue to offer Enlogic branded products through distribution channels and extend its intelligent technology into OEM solutions.
