Anexinet Corporation, a Greater Philadelphia-based provider of strategy, digital, and technology solutions, acquired ListenLogic, LLC, a Conshohocken, PA-based provider of unstructured big data analytics, social intelligence, and real-time risk sensing to large enterprises.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition further enhances Anexinet’s portfolio of technology services and solutions.
