U.S. Venture Partners Closes Fund XI at $300M

USVP_logoSilicon Valley-based early-stage venture capital firm U.S. Venture Partners (USVP) closed its latest fund at $300M.

Led by Steve Krausz, Rick Lewis, Jonathan Root, Casey Tansey, Dafina Toncheva, and Jacques Benkoski, USVP XI will continue to follow on the firm’s strategy of leading Series A rounds of U.S. or Israel-based companies operating in the cybersecurity, enterprise software, consumer mobile and e-commerce, and healthcare sectors.

Spanning three decades, U.S. Venture Partners has invested in over 400 companies (including 86 that have completed initial public offerings) including: Box, Castlight Health, Check Point Software, Concur, GoPro, Guidewire Software, HotelTonight, Imperva, InsideSales.com, Intersect ENT, Omada Health, OncoMed, SanDisk, Sun Microsystems, Trunk Club, Trusteer, Yammer, and Zerto.

The firm is based in Menlo Park, California.
